Governor’s tour
After interlude at the Eco1st Technology Group booth, where he asked about the company’s water conservation technology and products, Schwarzenegger said such products should be some-more at large used.
“That’s the kind of technology we should be regulating to preserve energy,” he said. Jaeden Kolb-Lopes, staffing the Eco1st booth, said he was gratified the administrator stopped by.

Water referendum
The administrator brought up with reporters an $11 billion bond referendum to renovate California’s water system. The bond, which the state’s electorate will consider in November, would help financial building a whole of new dams, below-ground water storage and canal systems.
Schwarzenegger, who supports the measure, said the past two years have been difficult for California farmers because of the dry weather and that the down payment would help repair California’s water problems.
Expo organizers schooled Monday that the administrator would make his third revisit to the annual event. He also visited in 2005 and 2006.
Schwarzenegger was accompanied by state Secretary of Food and Agriculture A.G. Kawamura and California Assemblywoman Connie Conway, R-Visalia.
“I think it shows his await for the expo,” former expo Chairman Mark Watte said.
Watte presented Schwarzenegger with a coaster temperament the expo’s logo. Watte also invited Schwarzenegger to return to the drift “when he’s unemployed.”
