Over 85% of the U.S. oil wells are now classified as marginal wells - a well whose production has slowed to 10 barrels a day or less. In many cases the material being pumped from these wells consists mainly of water and minerals with small percentages of oil. It is critical that oil operators are efficient as possible at extracting the oil these wells produce in order to stay profitable.

Current methods being used to extract oil mainly consist of pumping the material in a tank where it is stored to separate. Then gravity does the job of separating these materials in the tank based on density and size, this is referred to as Stokes Law. This process has been used for decades however this process does have downsides. Waiting for gravity to separate materials is very time consuming and once the oil is extracted the operators are still left with the daunting task of disposing the water left over. The water that is left behind is usually corrosive and full of bacteria. Oil operators typically treat this water with expensive chemicals and filtration systems before it meets the standards to be safely injected back in the earth through discharge wells. The injection of this water creates a roadblock with the high pressure it puts on their pumping systems.

When installing the Eco1st Inline Processor, oil operators will see a myriad of benefits that will improve the efficiency of their operation. Oil operators will notice a dramatic decrease in the time it takes to separate materials. The Inline Processor will separate the materials more thoroughly, leaving oil operators with higher quality oil cut and helps them extract every last drop. The Inline Processor is also effective at killing 100% of bacteria in the water, and will help eliminate corrosion. Oil operators will also notice less pressure being put on their pumps when injecting the disposal water back into the earth.

The Inline Processor accomplishes all of this by stripping electrons from all materials that flow through it. Electrons are the small negative electric charge that bond molecules together; an easy analogy would be that electrons are like the cement in between bricks. After the Inline Processor has stripped all the electrons, the individual materials no longer have a way to bond with one another. The results include all materials separating much more rapidly, and thoroughly. In order for bacteria to survive in water it needs electrons, without electrons bacteria cannot perform the normal surface exchange it needs to survive and immediately dies.

All of the benefits described above are achieved without any outside power source, user adjustment, consumable parts, or chemicals. The Inline Processor is built to meet the line size and flow rate requirements of the Customer. The Eco1st Inline Processor is backed by our Customer satisfaction guarantee and 10 year limited manufacturer warranty.
